Edit:
2 Content boxes instead of 3. Different use of colors. Clients was happy and the layout will be coded today :)

I LOVE the texture and color choice in the header. Wow that really grabs my eye.

The only thing I think needs a bit of tweaking, is the drop shadow on the Sparen/Lenen? text... Decrease the size from 4px to 2px, or reduce whatever value you have for it by half. That's my suggestion anyways. If the client is happy with it, I suppose it's irrelevant what I think. Heh.
